Main Features
1. It is capable of pressing raw materials such as medicinal powders into tablets of consistent shape, weight and hardness, ensuring the quality and stability of the medication.
2. The punching hole is equipped with a specially designed anti-seepage oil and dust-proof device, which can prevent lubricating oil from penetrating into the powder, ensure the stability of product quality, and facilitate disassembly and cleaning and maintenance.
3. The equipment is equipped with high-definition Windows, which can clearly observe the operation process, and the isolation window design ensures the safety of the operator, avoiding the splash of powder and personnel misoperation.
4. The whole equipment adopts safe and reliable sealing design to prevent powder leakage and environmental pollution, and ensure product quality and operation safety.
5. By transmitting the main motor's power directly to the feeding drive shaft, and through the transmission box and the feeding impeller, the forced feeding system is realized to ensure the continuous feeding of powder and improve production efficiency and stability.
