Thecapsule filling machine is a new design of medicine filling machine with a novel structure and attractive appearance. This machine is developed on the base of the CGN208D model machine(Ordinary type), it is more easy, convenient, higher filling accuracy compare with the old one. All the capsule filling format(tooling/mold) parts are made in cylinder type positioning device, that can reduce time to change the mold, only 5-8 minutes, all the job of mold exchange can be done.

Under both electrical and pneumatic control and equipped with an automatic electronic counter and computer-controlled speed-adjusting device, the machine can accomplish the positioning, separation, filling, and locking of capsules. In place of manual capsule-filling, it can reduce labor intensity and raise productivity. Its filling amounts are accurate and up to sanitary standards for pharmaceutics. China machine-made or the imported capsules are applicable to this machine, with which the finished product qualification rate can be above 99%
